What’s been said about this ultralight:
The Challenger’s real world versatility is unique - wheels, skis, floats, soaring, local or cross country flights, four seasons a year - for only $10 to $15 an hour.

Control feel is a little mushy, and requires pilot input to compensate for adverse yaw. Landing gear is another weak point. Great little plane for pilot with limited budget, not recommended for rough field operations, or busy flight schools.UltralightNews
I flew the Challenger II long wings for two seasons in northern France, Belgium and Netherlands. It was equipped with the Rotax 503. The airplane was extremely easy to fly and to land. What amazed me the most was its uncanny ability to handle tremendous adverse winds (crosswinds and gusts) with ease and safety. I could go up where I would not have in a Cessna 172 and land with control and precision regardless. It was an extraordinary photography platform. The only thing I would have changed: install a pull rope starter instead of electrical start. The electrical starting set up is the only thing that grounded the plane at times.
